Once you subscribe to a plan, we’ll get you set up with your dedicated Trello board within a few hours. From there, you’ll be able to start submitting design requests right away. Clear instructions and best practices are pinned in the board to help you hit the ground running.

For larger requests—like full-funnel builds or major deck overhauls—we break the work into milestones. You’ll receive consistent updates every 24–48 hours until the full project is complete.

We primarily design in Figma, but we also deliver in other formats depending on the asset type (e.g. PDFs for decks, JPG/PNG/MP4 for ads, Webflow for landing pages).

Yes! Webflow development is included in all plans. If your funnel or landing page fits within the platform’s capabilities, we’ll handle the design and development—and transfer the final site to your account once it’s ready.

You can submit requests directly through Trello. We also accept Google Docs, wireframes, or Loom videos—whatever format works best for your team. If it can be linked or uploaded, it’s fair game.
